It was once again time to celebrate a hard working group of students in West Central Saskatchewan before the calendar flipped to March.
The grade 7/8 class at Luseland School celebrated earlier this week for being February's Classroom of the Month and along with the distinct honour, the group enjoyed a delicious lunch courtesy of Classroom of the Month sponsor, Boston Pizza Kindersley.
Country 104 morning show host Aaron Harle delivered the pizzas and spent time chatting with the students and teacher Mrs. Gourlie who nominated the class for a number of reasons. In a written description, Mrs. Gourlie highlighted why her class were perfect candidates for Classroom of the Month.
"This class is a hardworking and fun bunch of kids. They put effort into their classwork, they participate in school activities and teams, and they have a great attitude towards school. These kids have worked hard all semester and deserve a treat!"
March is now here and it will soon be time to highlight another class in the West Central area. Nominate a class here.
