"It's so great to bring God into music and then share that with others," says Hamilton-based singer Gabriel Giammaria.
Some Christian bands that influenced Giammaria in his writing are CAIN, Anne Wilson, and Zach Williams. His first single is titled 'Give to You.'
"This song started from a personal prayer, asking God what His will is for my life. I'm sure many young people can relate with this, asking 'What is my purpose? What is God's plan for me?'"
Even before Giammaria could read and write he was memorizing songs sung in church.
"My dad played guitar, my sister sang, my mom also sang. That's what started music for me and I'm thankful to my family and to God that inspired me to become a musician."
Giammaria says his family ahs been supportive in his pursuit of getting music out to the public. His single plays on the radio across Canada.
