Christian music will be on full display south of the border this weekend.

Off the Charts Music Festival is back for year 13 at City Park in Cavalier, North Dakota. This year features Sidewalk Prophets, Stephen Stanley, KB, Sean Rodriguez, and Tru Serva.

Kyle Gagner from the festival says, "Going back to when we first started, our heart was to share the incredible love of Jesus through music, but we didn't want there to be any reason why you couldn't come here. So our hope and our heart right from the get-go is to be able to provide this for free."

Sidewalk Prophets will be making their second appearance in the last few years, while Gagner says they are excited for the other acts to join them. "It's a great lineup of a wide variety of different types and styles of music."

There will be inflatable games open from 2 until 6 p.m. on Sat. Aug. 17 with the concerts set to start shortly before 4:30 at 4:25 p.m.

The following day on Sunday morning at 10 a.m., there is a community worship service where music is provided by Hunter Fraser and Sean Rodriguez set to speak.

Gagnon says, "We did the worship service as a trial and it's actually become one of the favourite parts of the weekends for a lot of the folks that come to our event. We all get together and we worship together and we there's a word given by the speaker and then we worship together some more and it's just a lovely, beautiful time that happens Sunday morning."

As far as what Gagnon is most looking forward to, he admits it's a lot of work to organize but well worth it. "On the day of the event to walk through the park and see the smiles on people's faces and see the families coming in with their chairs and seeing the kids running around and to hear the stories of encouragement and the stories of redemption and the stories of healing and all of the incredible stories we get to hear from the people that are attending, either because of their attendance or just there's a lot of ways that those stories come about. But to see it all come together is beautiful, and it just fills my heart to the tippity top and it overflows."
