Wheatland County to close Range Road 250 for bridge construction

Bridge construction in Wheatland County is set to begin on Monday (Sept. 16).

According to Wheatland County, Range Road 250 will be closed to traffic, north of Township Road 252.

Staff with the county say drivers will be detoured to Highway 817 until construction is finished.

"The closure is expected to be lifted by November 2024," says a post from the county's Facebook page.

⁣The county is asking drivers to follow signage in the area during the closure while the contractor is working.
