Lindsay Rae, owner of A Country Princess, has become a familiar face in the Pembina Valley. Her business, known for bringing beloved characters to life at children’s parties and events, has made a big impact on local families.

"Country Princess is a very special company," said Lindsay. "We bring beloved characters to parties and events for kids, and we love the surprise. We often have kids that have no idea we're coming to their birthday party, and we walk in with our music and make it a big show."

From princesses to superheroes, the magic keeps growing

A Country Princess offers a variety of characters, with 12 to 13 different options, including princesses, superheroes, and even "The Plumber Brothers." Rae also noted that the company has expanded its reach by pulling in cast members from nearby communities like Niverville and Gretna.

"We have about 10 cast members that join us, and we like to keep them a secret so people don't know who's playing which role," she shared.

One of the standout offerings from A Country Princess is the opportunity to book real-life unicorns for parties and events. Lindsay owns two miniature horses, which, when dressed up as unicorns have quickly become a hit with children.

Unicorn merch launch in Winkler

In addition to party services, Lindsay Rae has partnered with Pure Anada to launch a unicorn-themed beauty line. "We started creating Unicorn soap, bath bombs, and dress-up accessories. We’ll have all that available at our launch party," she explained.

The unicorn-themed product line will be unveiled at a special launch event on Saturday, October 26th, at the Pure Anada boutique in Winkler. The event will feature a dress-up party, giveaways, and a chance to meet one of their characters.

"It's a dress-up party, so kids, please come dressed up," Rae encouraged.

More than just fun – it's about spreading love

Lindsay Rae’s passion for her work goes beyond just entertaining children. She emphasized the importance of making each child feel loved. "Just knowing that you're unique and special – God loves you," she said.
