RCMP have issued a warrant for Wetaskiwin resident, 25-year-old Clayton Courtright for his involvement in a residential fire.

The Wetaskiwin RCMP have laid charges in connection with the Nov. 7, residential fire at a multiplex on 55 avenue.

The fire was extinguished by the Wetaskiwin and Millet Fire Departments, impacting five residences. 

The cause of the fire was determined to be suspicious in nature.

Through a police investigation an arrest warrant has been issued for Wetaskiwin resident, 25-year-old Clayton Courtright for: Arson with Disregard for Human Life.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Courtright is encouraged to contact the Wetaskiwin RCMP at 780-312-7267.
