It's been great being able to try these hot chocolates during this long stretch of cold. If you've been struggling to stay warm, get yourself some hot chocolate.

Remember, the festival runs until Feb. 15, so if you've been thinking of going out to try some of these, don't wait too long!

Here's a look at another two.

Brown Sugar Bake Shop's Raspberry Chocolate Truffle

Brown Sugar's hot chocolate

There's something about raspberry that goes really well with chocolate.

Brown Sugar's Raspberry Chocolate Truffle is topped with this wonderful raspberry whipped cream, along with some chocolate sauce.

The actual hot chocolate is very well-balanced. Creamy, but not overstated.

I got a bit of the cream with every sip of the drink too, it was just like eating an actual chocolate truffle with the combined flavours.

PFP Canada, Ltd. - Extinguished Chocolate

PFP Canada's hot chocolate

A fire protection service company may seem like an odd fit to participate in a hot chocolate festival, but they've embraced the uniqueness.

PFP's hot chocolate is very much about the experience.

While the kettle boils, you're offered cinnamon heart candies (with Valentine's Day coming up and all,) which are served in a dispenser that looks like a fire alarm.

If they're a little spicy for you, they've got the perfect thing to extinguish that.

The serving table includes a little guide on how to use a fire extinguisher, and once your hot chocolate is mixed and ready to drink, you get a miniature demonstration in the form of whipped cream being sprayed on top.

Another great touch is that their hot chocolates are served by donation, with the proceeds going to Firefighters Without Borders Canada.
