It was the final stop for CFAM Morning Show co-host Zack Driedger's I Love to Read Month visits, Ecole Elmwood School in Altona!
Once he finished chatting with his wife who teaches Kindergarten at Ecole Elmwood, he rounded up all 60 Grade 2 students from four different classes in the library for some reading! The book he read was "One, Two, Three, Oops!" written by Michael Coleman and Illustrated by Gwyneth Williamson. The book had all 60 of those students howling with laughter, they all thoroughly enjoyed that one.
Following Zack's reading, Pat from Friesens corporation was up next for some reading to the kids, and of course, she read "We Need Everyone" by Michael Redhead Champagne, illustrated by Tiff Bartel. Printed right in Altona at Friesens and they gifted us enough copies that each student we read to, got the opportunity to take home a copy of the book!
