On a sunny Saturday morning, Jesse Wirachowsky, a proud Airdronian, business owner, mother of three, and partner sits at her kitchen table, sipping coffee while listening to the laughter of her children. With a successful career as a Controller for a large company, she always knew she had a passion for business, but she also wanted to build something of her own, something that would not only support her family but also uplift the community she loves.
That’s how JW & & Administration was born – a business built on the belief that local businesses thrive when they’re supported by people who truly understand their needs. Jesse, alongside her dedicated team, has made it her mission to help Airdrie’s entrepreneurs confidently create, build, and grow their dream businesses.
“We provide skilled support in full-cycle bookkeeping, administration, virtual assistance, social media management, and business optimization,” Jesse explains. “But beyond that, we help business owners reclaim their time so they can focus on what they love.”
