From a golf course to scenic views, the Lakes of Muirfield offers plenty to residents.
The community, located in the Hamlet of Lyalta has a new developer, and is eager to show off its offerings.
"We are launching a new phase and we're also opening the presentation centre," said Heather Dougall, vice-president of sales and marketing with Royal LePage.
There will be refreshments and beverages on Saturday, April 12, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 1 Muirfield Boulevard. Residents can check which lots are available in the new phase.
Dougall says 106 lots will be launched in this phase.
"There will be 300 lots released over the next couple of years."
According to Dougall, the community is tight knit with a maximum of 700 houses. She also highlighted the area's peaceful living environment.
"We've got that family atmosphere I say where kids can be kids. They can ride their bikes. The school bus picks them up in the morning."
Dougall also mentioned the community is well-suited for seniors and retirees. If that wasn't enough, there's also a nice look of a grain elevator.
Dougall also stressed the easy access to other communities.
"We're right in between Country Hills and Highway 1. Great access to Calgary, Strathmore, Airdrie, and Chestermere."
The community also features a recreation hall across the street, numerous walking paths, and nearly all of the lots back onto greenspace, the golf course, or a pond.
