The Jays beat Detroit on Thursday for win #61 on the season, tops in the American League entering play on Friday, the Jays only tied with Milwaukee for the most wins in Major League Baseball.

The first-place team has had Rogers Centre rocking over the past couple weeks, and the fans were nothing short of spectacular back on Wednesday as records were broken during "Loonie Dog" night at the ballpark.

What started as a fun run has turned into full-out Blue Jays fever for fans in Toronto, reciprocated around the country for the team with over 2.5 million followers on their social media platforms.
