Here is a list of five things happening in and around Moose Jaw this weekend:
Brickspo, Saturday and Sunday
The 14th Brickspo is taking place at the Western Development Museum on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.
Organized by the Saskatchewan LEGO Users Group, the exhibition draws about 3,000 visitors each year to check out hundreds of LEGO creations. This year is an 80s theme.
Admission is the general museum admission or free for WDM members.
Victory Church Family Carnival, Saturday
Drop by as Victory Church is holding a free family carnival on Saturday from noon to 2 p.m.
There will be games, inflatables, free hotdogs and burgers and much more. It is sure to be fun for all ages.
Riverhurst Bean Festival, Saturday
Come join the fun and games at the seventh annual Riverhurst Bean Festival.
It all gets underway at 8 a.m. with a Farmer’s wrap breakfast, and events take place throughout the day at the Riverhurst Community Arena and the Riverhurst Ag Arena.
A show ‘n’ shine will be at the Riverhurst ball diamonds from noon to 3:30 p.m. followed by a cruise through Palliser Park.
Rotary Club pancake breakfast, Saturday
The Rotary Club of Moose Jaw Wakamow is holding their Saturday morning pancake breakfast fundraiser at the Kiwanis River Park Pavillion in Wakamow Valley from 9 a.m. to noon.
Come grab some homemade pancakes, back bacon and real maple syrup.
All of the proceeds go to support local and international Rotary projects in health, education and clean water.
Miller Express Baseball, Sunday
Come check out Western Canadian Baseball League action in Ross Wells Park at 2 p.m.
The Moose Jaw Miller Express will be taking on the Saskatoon Berries in the second game of a home-and-home series.
