Get set for a special up close and personal concert experience with Saskatchewan’s own guitar virtuoso Jack Semple. Semple will be performing a solo show on Stage at the Little Manitou Art Gallery this Saturday, August 2 as a benefit for the Gallery.

“It’s a wonderful gallery,” Semple notes. “It’s a seasonal business, so in the summertime there are customers, but in the winter, not as many. I just love all the artwork there, so I want to support it.”

Jack recently purchased a property at Manitou Beach as a family retreat, and so has been adopted into the incredible musical and artisan community on the shores of Little Manitou Lake. In addition to the hundreds of artists whose work is on display for sale at the gallery, the venue has become a destination for top notch musical acts and amazing summer performance events.

All of the local musical artists and frequent returnees revel in the idyllic lakeside setting, and the Semples are now part of that family. Alongside Jack for the evening will be his daughter, Zenaya Semple who is becoming a known artist in her own right.

Opening for the evening will be Manitou Beach stalwart, musical artist Hammer Jammer.

The show starts at 8 pm with a $20 dollar suggested, pay what you can, admission fee.

Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to celebrate music at Manitou on Saturday with Jack and Zenaya Semple and Hammer Jammer, all in support of the Little Manitou Art Gallery.
