'A long road ahead:' Kutless asks fans to pray for guitarist after stroke

A Christian rock band is asking for prayers after a member suffered a stroke.

Kutless shared on social media on Tuesday that guitarist, James Mead had a stroke. "This post is a tough one to send out, but so many of you have supported us for so many years and today we are asking for your help." 

The band was asking fans to pray. "Our guitarist, James, has suffered a stroke and is currently in the hospital. He has a long road ahead of him, and we are praying for a miraculous recovery."

Kutless asked fans to join in prayer for Mead and his family. "Will you join with us in prayer for James, his wife Lindsay, and his son Jacob."
