Duck Dynasty star, Sadie Robertson Huff and her husband, Chris, have welcomed a new member to their family.
On Friday, Aug. 1, Sadie gave birth to their third daughter, Kit Carroway Huff.
"God has handcrafted every detail of her story, and we are just in awe of His goodness! We can’t wait to watch all that He has for her life unfold," said Sadie. "Soaking it all in."
To make the birth even more special, Sadie's mother, Korie Robertson, was present in the delivery room to assist.
"My heart is absolutely overflowing. We are completely in love," said Korie. "There’s truly nothing like watching your daughter give birth to a daughter (which now I’ve had the absolute joy and privilege of witnessing 3 times!!). So very proud of you and the strength and faithfulness that you carry, and so very grateful to get to be Mom and Kmama to you and all of the beautiful, amazing girls you are growing."
Sadie and Chris announced in February that they were expecting their third child while filming a new reboot of Duck Dynasty called Duck Dynasty: The Revival.
Kit — a name that means ‘bearing Christ’ or ‘pure’ — has two older sisters: Honey, born in May 2021, and Haven Belle, welcomed in May 2023.
"Her name is just as meaningful as it is beautiful," said Korie. "Carroway is Sadie’s middle name and Mamaw Kay’s maiden name. Such a sweet legacy wrapped into one tiny girl."
"We love you, Kit Carroway. You were knit together so tenderly by your heavenly Father and are already so loved by all of us! "
Duck Dynasty: The Revival premiered this summer, with a second window on a major streaming service following the conclusion of each season to be announced.
