Just three weeks after breaking his back, Forrest Frank was back up on stage, jumping around.
After two weeks of bed rest, Forrest woke up one day and went about his routine without putting on his back brace. Once he realized he was pain-free, he decided to order a new X-ray of his back.
The updated X-ray showed that his back had completely healed.
"I have complete healing in my back," said Forrest. "I have no fractures in my back. No sign of a fracture."
His first show following his injury was slated for Aug. 7 a the Iowa State Grandstand.

Thanks to his quick healing and ultimate recovery, Forrest was able to make it to the show, perform and even jump around on stage.
He did this while performing "Lemonade" for the first time live on stage. He also surprised fans when he brought on special guests, The Figs, to perform their parts in the song.
"Lemonade," which was started by The Figs and finished by Forrest Frank while still on bed rest, hit #1 in all genres the first day it hit the airwaves, temporarily beating out artists like Chappell Roan and Alex Warren, even surpassing Ozzy Osborne songs that were back on the charts after his passing.
A fan in attendance at the show posted the performance online, and followers quickly reacted.
"Crazy, he goes right back to work, no excuses and ministered even in pain. We can all take notes," said one fan.
"He's jumping up and down! Praise God!!!" said another fan.
Forrest has no other future shows scheduled at the moment.
