The school-age students at the Kiddie Sunshine Centre Ave. location baked up some treats and whipped up some crafts for a successful bake sale yesterday morning (Aug 14th).
They were selling chocolate chip cookies, brownies, cutely decorated sugar cookies, cupcakes, lots of bracelets, iced tea and lemonade.
Katie is the Summer Student at the Kiddie Sunshine Centre and let us know how the money will get used, "We use it throughout the summer to do fun activities with the kids. We'll put it towards next summer and just going to the pool and buying them some new toys and whatnot."
