Car enthusiasts working on a classic car or are thinking about it, and even those who just love to look, can head on down to the Weyburn Agricultural Society's Exhibition Hall this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the Soo Line Cruisers Car Club's annual Swap Meet.

President Jarrod Stroeder said this is their fourth year holding the event.

"It's getting bigger every year, so we're really excited about that. We have the Humane Society coming out with their barbecue, so if you're hungry and want some snacks while you're browsing for a treasure, that'll be good there, and some of the members are also bringing their car out for kind of an impromptu little mini car show."

He said people can look forward to browsing through car parts, model cars, and anything else car-related.

"There are lots of classic car parts, so if you're looking for that little interior piece or something that you might not be able to find, you can usually find them at the swap meets. I've noticed personally that a lot of the big car shows in Saskatchewan are usually accompanied by some sort of swap meet. The big Majestic Show in Regina has a swap meet. The big Draggins Show in Saskatoon has a swap meet. So it's just kind of like they go hand in hand, you know? Guys with classic cars are usually looking for classic car parts as well."

Anyone can attend for $5 or by bringing a non-perishable food item.

Interested vendors can contact Mark Hill at 306-861-2878.
