Students at Plum Coulee School are diving into their favorite books and having fun getting to know new authors and genres during I Love to Read Month.
Goldenwest reporter, Pam Fedack visited the school along with Pat Villarica from Friesens Corporation in Altona last week. The book we shared was "Fishing with Grandma" written by Susan Avingaq with Maren Vsetula and illustrated by Charlene Chua and published by Inhabit Media.
Zack Driedger stops by Ecole Elmwood in Altona for I Love to Read Month
For the second year in a row, CFAM Morning Show co-host Zack Driedger headed to Ecole Elmwood School in Altona for I Love to Read Month!
He had a crowd of about 72 Grade 2 & 3 students all gathered in the library and read them the fun rhyming book "Bear Can't Wait", written by Karma Wilson and Illustrated by Jane Chapman, the book was recommended by the librarian at Ecole Elmwood and went over incredibly well with the students.

Ronny Guenther visits grade 4 students at Prairie Dale School
We had an excellent time at the Prairie Dale School library reading to the grade 4 students. Ronny Guenther read three books to the young readers. The Unforgettable Party by Noemi Vola, The Worm Family has its Picture Taken by Jennifer Frank and Davi Ezra Stein, and Roller Coaster by Marla Frazee.
