Luke Mistelbacher scored the overtime winner 52 seconds in to help propel the Swift Current Broncos to a 3-2 win over the Moose Jaw Warriors Friday night.

Broncos shut out by Hitmen
For the first time this season, the Swift Current Broncos were shutout by the Calgary Hitmen Wednesday afternoon at Scotiabank Saddledome.
The Broncos would be in a tough battle through the first 20 minutes but starting goaltender Joey Rocha (Nanaimo, BC) would be a solid state stopping all 16 shots he faced in the period. While the Broncos would get eight pucks toward Daniel Hauser but nothing would be solved after 20, leading to a scoreless first.
Broncos split weekend homestand with 4-2 win over Wheat Kings
Joey Rocha made 23 saves while Grayson Burzynski scored the game winning with late period offence in the second period for the Swift Current Broncos 4-2 win Saturday night at home over the Brandon Wheat Kings.
The Broncos would get the lone mark in the period as Grayson Burzynski (Winnipeg, MB) at 9:48 notching his 9th of the season from Luke Mistelbacher (Steinbach, MB) 7 Clarke Caswell (Brandon, MB).

Broncos drop 5-2 decision to Hitmen
The Swift Current Broncos faced a 5-2 loss at home Monday night against the Calgary Hitmen in front of over 2400 fans at InnovationPlex.
The Hitmen would be the first to cash-in on Family Day as former Bronco Connor Hvidston would finish off an individual effort from Oliver Tulk with 1:35 left in the first to generate a 1-0 Calgary lead heading to the second period.

Raiders dispatch Broncos
A tough third period saw the Swift Current Broncos drop their second straight game in a road loss to the Prince Albert Raiders 6-1 at the Art Hauser Centre Friday night.
The Raiders got on the board early in the first period on a broken play leading to a Lukas Dragicevic shot beating Joey Rocha at 4:01 giving the Raiders the lead. A late penalty call to the Broncos would see the Raider strike with just six seconds left in the period to give the East Division leaders the advantage heading to the second.
Broncos fall flat at home against Wheat Kings
A slow start, and finish cost the Swift Current Broncos at home Tuesday night, falling to the Brandon Wheat Kings 7-4 at InnovationPlex.
The Wheat Kings would get on the board early as Nicolas Johnson would counter on a Bronco turn-over to cash-in his 10th of the season beating Reid Dyck to make it 1-0 at 1:20. Brandon would drive into that lead at 8:42 Marcus Nugyen would finish off a passing play for a 2-0 lead and leading the way into the middle frame with the shots deadlocked at 9-9.
