Sarah McDonald, age 57, of Swift Current passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 surrounded by her family at Clover House, Swift Current, SK.

The Celebration of Life for Sarah McDonald will take place on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 2:00 pm from the Swift Current Comprehensive High School cafeteria with John Peifer officiating. The service will be livestreamed and the link posted on the funeral home website and the recording will be posted as soon as possible.

There will be a luncheon following the service.

The family of Mr. Derwood Hermanson, age 81, of Swift Current and formerly of Stewart Valley are saddened to announce his passing on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the Meadows, Swift Current, SK.

The Funeral Service for Derwood Hermanson will take place on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 1:00 pm from Trailview Alliance Church in Swift Current with Shawn Hermanson and Russ Siemens officiating. The service is being recorded and will be posted on the funeral home website as soon as possible. The service card will also be posted and available to view.

The Funeral Service for Martha Zacharias of Herbert will take place on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 2:00 pm from the Swift Current Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dave Lunn officiating.

The Private Interment Service for Mrs. Martha Zacharias will take place from the Capeland Cemetery, Main Centre, SK.

In memory of Martha Zacharias, donations made to Prairie Wind Estates would be appreciated by the family.

The Memorial Service for Roy Farnsworth of Swift Current will take place on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Memorial Hall in Pennant, SK at 2:00 pm with Rev. Annette Taylor officiating.

The Interment Service for Roy Farnsworth will take place immediately following the Memorial Service at the Pennant Cemetery.

There will be a luncheon at Memorial Hall following the Interment Service.

The Come and Go Tea for Mrs. Ivy Millar of Swift Current will take place on Monday, February 20, 2023 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm from Riverview Village Estates, Swift Current (1101 2nd Ave SE).

The Private Family Interment Service for Mrs. Ivy Millar will take place at a later date.

Jake Knelsen, age 7, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 surrounded by family at the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, Saskatoon, SK.

Ron Froshaug, age 78, of Cypress Hills, SK passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the Cypress Regional Hospital, Swift Current, SK.

There will be no formal funeral services. The obituary will be posted on the funeral home website pending approval from the family.

The Funeral Service for James “Jim” Friesen of Swift Current and formerly of Schoenfeld will take place on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 11:00 am from Rhineland Christian Fellowship Church, Rhineland, SK with Pastor Tim Knelsen officiating.
