Sexual assault case against former Estevan Bruin adjourned to July 3
The sexual assault case against former Estevan Bruins player Mason Strutt was adjourned to July 3 during proceedings in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Wednesday.
Estevan lawyer Kathryn Gilliss appeared by phone on Strutt’s behalf.
She told the court she received the bulk of the disclosure on Friday, but inquired about a few missing items related to Strutt’s arrest.
