Philip Rudolph Baron
On January 6, 2025, Philip Rudolph Baron hung up his cap a final time passing peacefully with his family by his side, entering the great beyond, likely armed with a thermos of coffee, a sly grin, and a knack for charming everyone in sight. Born September 6, 1931, to Henry and Barbara Baron on his families homestead just outside of Mankota, SK, knew from the start that life was meant to be lived with laughter, purpose, and a healthy dose of stubbornness.
Norman David Kenwell McLeod (DAVID)
It is with great sadness the family of David McLeod advise of his passing on December 18, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer related complications.
Born in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan on March 24, 1949, to William (Bill) and Edith (Johnstone) McLeod, David grew up and spent most of his life south of Gull Lake on the ranch his grandfather settled in the Swift Current Creek valley.
Josh “Jargs” Argotow
The family of Joshua “Jargs” Tyler Argotow are devastated to announce his sudden passing. Josh passed away at the age of 27 on December 14, 2024 surrounded by his family, at the Regina General Hospital.
Josh was born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan on December 20, 1996. He attended Oman School, Fairview School, Swift Current Comprehensive High School, and the Centre for Arts and Technology.

It is with great sadness that the family of Mrs. Eva Morrow (94 years old) announce her passing on January 5, 2025 at the Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. At Eva’s request, no formal funeral service will be held at this time.

The memorial service for Mrs. Dolores Heinrichs will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. from the Community Baptist Church in Swift Current, Saskatchewan with Pastor Joell Haugan officiating. A time of fellowship will take place at the Community Baptist Church immediately following the service.

Clarence was born in Biggar, Saskatchewan on January 27, 1940 to Fred and Vera Striker. Clarence married Amy Striker nee (Drake) on July 8, 1972.
