Mac Powell, originally from Alabama, moved to Atlanta, Georgia, as a sophomore in high school where he would soon co-found the Christian rock band, Third Day. Diana Crouch was a healthy 28-year-old when she tested positive for COVID 19. She was also 18 weeks pregnant. 

"The first pregnancy, she had morning sickness for a long time. On our anniversary, she had a bit of a headache, and we didn't think anything of it," said her husband, Chris Crouch.

They returned home from their anniversary trip to Las Vegas, and Diana started to feel worse. She developed a fever and became fatigued. The symptoms continued to worsen, and a few days later she tested positive for COVID-19.

Rewriting a life story in the midst of grief

Michael Cochren: Hope, grace and second chances

Music has always been a part of Michael Cochren's life.

"My grandparents were so musical. My grandma played organ and piano at church. My grandpa sang," said Cochren. "In our small town, they travelled around and sang at weddings and funerals. My dad played the guitar around the house all the time. It was just  in my blood."
Music became an even larger part of Cochren's life when he realized he wasn't very good at sports. Growing up he took piano lessons, but while in middle school, he found a passion for the drums.
