The Board of Moose Jaw Pride released a statement on social media that they currently do not have an executive director. 

In a letter posted on their Facebook page Thursday afternoon, the board said that, as of Aug. 3, Taylor Carlson is no longer employed with the organization.  

Carlson has been the executive director at Moose Jaw Pride since September of 2019.

Craik RCMP is currently on scene of a two-vehicle collision at Highway 11 and Enterprise Lane intersection near Davidson.

The northbound lane of Highway #11 is blocked. Traffic is being re-routed going north on the southbound lane through Davidson.

Motorists are reminded to slow down to 60 km/hr when passing emergency vehicles.

The government of Saskatchewan is sending extra money to school divisions to deal with inflationary costs.

In total, school divisions will be receiving $20 million dollars in total with the focus on increased costs of fuel and insurance.

Two people were sent to hospital with injuries following an accident at the intersection of Highway 1 and Kalium Road on Monday evening.

Moose Jaw RCMP was called to the scene of a collision between a car and a motorcycle at around 4 p.m.

The driver of the motorcycle was taken to hospital by STARS with what police are describing as serious injuries. The driver of the car was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, but there is no update on their condition.

Moose Jaw Crime Stoppers is requesting the public's assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a fuel theft. 

The theft occurred in Moose Jaw on Monday. The Ontario license plate on this blue Volkswagen Tiguan was reported stolen the day prior.

Moose Jaw motocross riders had a great showing at the races in Virden, Man., over the weekend. 

Jared Pryor placed first in the Vet Master Class. His son Brady Pryor finished third in the supermini and fourth in the 85cc classes.

Residents are being advised that all public swim programs at the Kinsmen Sportsplex on Saturday will be cancelled due to hosting the Swift Current Sting Rays Summer Club Meet.

The Phyllis Dewar Outdoor Pool will remain open on Saturday for its usual programming.
