Cresencia Esguerra passed away peacefully at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital on Wednesday, December 21st, 2022. 

VANTASSEL

On Tuesday, December 20th, 2022 Stanley Harold VanTassel passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years at Pioneer Lodge in Moose Jaw, SK.

Stan was born in Digby, NS on February 25th, 1933.  Throughout school he enjoyed playing basketball and lead the high school basketball team to their only Provincial Championship victory.  He was later inducted into the Digby Hall of Fame for his basketball success.  During the summers he worked at the Digby Pines Golf Course. 

KAPPELAR

Cecile Rolande Lauria Kappelar (née: Gregoire) aged 93 years of Central Butte, SK, passed away on Monday, December 19th, 2022.  Cecile was born July 3rd, 1929 in Val Marie, SK and was raised in the Lisieux area.  She married Rudy Kappelar in 1951 and they moved to Central Butte, where they raised their family and became involved in many community events.

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of William (Bill) Perry, aged 70 years of Mortlach, SK, on Saturday, December 17th, 2022 after a long, courageous battle with cancer.  He kept his sense of humour to the end.

On Saturday, December 10th, 2022, our beloved mother Elizabeth Eileen Hoffman passed away peacefully at the age of 85 years.  Elizabeth was born to William and Jesse Wilkinson on July 24th, 1937 in Moose Jaw, SK.

Elizabeth grew up on the family farm near Parkbeg, SK along with her siblings Ronald, Ralph, Harry, Sheldon, and Barbara.  Elizabeth is survived by Barbara (Renald) Leblanc.

Norbert Dombowsky passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022 at Coteau Range Manor in Avonlea, SK, surrounded by his loving family and caregivers at the age of 91 years.

WEATHERALL

Laurianne Ione Weatherall, aged 66 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Saturday, November 26th, 2022.  Lauri worked in Social Work, a job she was very passionate about.  She loved flowers and gardening, fishing, and above all, her husband Jim and her family.  Lauri could always be found at her grandchildren’s events, supporting and cheering them on.  She was a woman of great patience and always spoke a kind word.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Domenico Mancuso on Saturday, November 26th, 2022, devoted husband, loving father, beloved Nonno and cherished friend.  Born to Immacolata Mazza and Gregorio Mancuso on June 22nd, 1956 in Red Deer, AB, he enjoyed a life filled with family and friends.
