Frederick A. Heilman, aged 76 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 7th, 2022. Fred was born in Moose Jaw on April 9th, 1946 to Balzer and Christina Heilman. After graduating from STI as a mechanic, he purchased Norms Gulf Service at Tuxford, SK, and operated it from 1971-1977. When Fred injured his back, he changed careers and sold Real Estate from 1979-1993 as the Broker/Manager for Remax of Moose Jaw.

Clive Davies, born May 4th, 1949 in Cardiff, Wales, UK, decided to “check out” on Thursday, August 4th, 2022 at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in Moose Jaw, SK with his wife Naren by his side. He had an open invitation to a party with some old friends and family who had “checked out” before him, and felt it was time to show up for the party. He had a tough decision to make, knowing that it was a one way invite, no returning.

Ethel Marie Bathgate, aged 99 years, passed from this life on Wednesday, July 20th, 2022 in Central Butte, SK.

Born December 6th, 1922 on a farm near Elbow, SK, Ethel was the 11th of 13 children. After she lost her mother at the age of 7, and then her father shortly after, Ethel was raised by her older sisters until she was old enough to strike out on her own and find work. When Ethel spoke of her early adult days she said “we didn’t have much, but we sure had fun”.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Connie Andrea Vibe (Andy) on Tuesday, July 12th, 2022 at the Regina General Hospital.  Andy, as she preferred being called, passed away peacefully with her friend and caregiver by her side.

Ellen Mary Harvey

In Loving Memory of Ellen Mary Harvey, long-time resident of Moose Jaw SK, born November 17, 1937 and passed away July 31, 2022.

She was predeceased by her parents, William (Bill) and Mary Harvey, sisters Joan, Ann, Lenore, brother Ken and son Rodney.

It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Robert “Bobby” Turnbull on Thursday, July 28th, 2022.  Bob was born on Oct 20th, 1944 in Halifax, Nova Scotia to William John Turnbull and Candace “Nee” Thompson, a brother to John Turnbull (Eloise Turnbull) and Jean (Ron) Glubis (née: Turnbull).

Patrick Ernest Cossette, aged 94 years of Moose Jaw, SK passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 28th, 2022 with his family by his side.  Patrick was born on January 9th, 1928 on a farm near Trewdale, SK to Emile and Lucia Cossette.  He grew up with his 15 brothers and sisters on his parents’ farm in that area, attending Trewdale School for his education.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Douglas Pringlemire, aged 64 years of Moose Jaw, SK.  Doug, as his friends knew him, passed away peacefully at Pioneer Lodge on Tuesday, July 26th, 2022 after a brave battle with cancer.

Doug was born in Medicine Hat, AB on April 21st, 1958.  He lived a rich life surrounded by friends.  Doug lived a large portion of his life in Moose Jaw, living at both Valley View Centre and at Citizens All Association.
