The Manitoba government is helping to kick off the 54th edition of the Festival du Voyageur, the largest annual winter festival in Western Canada, with a significant funding announcement.

The province is providing nearly $325,000 to support this year’s festival, which runs February 17-26, 2023. 

With Louis Riel weekend just around the corner, a lot of families will be travelling here and there with plans, whatever they may be. The question is whether the weather will cooperate, and allow those plans to happen without a hitch.
