Helping marriages thrive is a focus of Family Life Canada and the National Director will be speaking about that this weekend at Missionfest Manitoba.
"We want to bring help and hope to every family in Canada," says Brent Trickett, the National Director of Family Life Canada. "We do that by helping families flourish and live on mission and also by partnering with churches to strengthen the marriages in their community."

Missionfest 2024: Shine the Light
Missionfest Manitoba starts today at Church of the Rock and runs until Sunday, showcasing hundreds of ministries and what they're doing to spread the gospel far and wide.
Several exhibitors will be at the event to share about their ministries, including Shine the Light.
Brent and Wendy Wong are the founders of Shine the Light Ministries currently in the Dominican Republic doing ministry. They have staff in Winnipeg that will be at their booth at Missionfest.
Missionfest 2024: Life Culture Canada
Missionfest Manitoba takes place at Church of the Rock in Winnipeg and runs February 2 to 4.
Several exhibitors will be on hand to share about their ministries, including Life Culture Canada.
Susan Penner is the Executive Director of Life Culture Canada.
The ministry based out of Steinbach, Man. is to promote a consistent culture of life from the beginning of life to its natural end. This includes educating people about abortion and medical assistance in dying (MAID).

Missionfest Manitoba 2024 is this weekend, Feb 2-4. The theme for this year is, Should I Not Be Concerned?
Organizations and ministries from across the nation will be on hand to share more, such as Galcom International Canada.
Tim Whitehead is the executive director of Galcom International Canada.
The vision of Galcom International Canada is to give help and tools to the missionaries who have answered the call of Christ to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature,” as it says in Mark 16.
Missionfest 2024: International Justice Mission
Missionfest Manitoba 2024 is just days away. The theme for this year is, Should I Not Be Concerned?
Several exhibitors will be on hand to share about their ministries, including International Justice Mission (IJM).
David Pollendine is the National Director of Developmental Growth with IJM Canada.
IJM's mission is to rescue those caught in human trafficking, protect half a billion, and prove that justice for the poor is unstoppable.

Missionfest Manitoba 2024 is just days away. The theme for this year is, Should I Not Be Concerned?

Russell Wolf is the executive director of SIM Canada.
The vision of SIM Canada is to see a witness to Christ’s love where He is least known, disciples of Jesus expressing God’s love in their communities, and Christ-centred churches among all peoples.
Canada is currently SIM's largest field, with 50 missionary units working in the area.
Missionfest weekend in Winnipeg sees throngs of people hungry for God
Missionfest Manitoba 2023 was a great success according to the Executive Director with potentially the greatest turnout to date.
"Personally, I have some expectations that are fairly high," says Executive Director Tom Castor. "This exceeded expectations. We were full of exhibitors and they were very engaged with the people who were coming through. Our Friday evening event just blew us away."
Castor shares that this Missionfest weekend event held at Church of the Rock may have been record-breaking.
Missionfest Week 2023: Day 5
It is the last day of Missionfest Week on CHVN and tonight the event begins at Church of the Rock with exhibits open at 5:00 p.m. Come say hi to Sylvia St. Cyr at the CHVN booth.
Missionfest Manitoba 2023 will run from today until Sunday, February 5 with the last speaker at 3:00 p.m. at 1397 Buffalo Place. Over 100 exhibitors will be on hand with booths showing the work that they do to make Jesus known right here in Manitoba and around the globe.
