Strathmore RCMP are continuing their search for Elijah Blake Strawberry.
The 28-year-old is wanted on charges of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Colin Hough near Strathmore on Tuesday, (Aug. 6).
According to a news release from RCMP, despite following leads in the Red Deer area, police say they haven't found him.
"In order to facilitate this search, we continue to employ a dedicated team of trained investigators whose sole purpose is to locate and safely arrest this suspect," says Cpl. Troy Savinkoff, public information officer with the Alberta RCMP.
Police said they believe Strawberry is still in Alberta and a $10,000 reward is being offered to anyone with information that could help members of the RCMP arrest him.
Elijah Strawberry is described as:
- Light complexion.
- (6'1") tall.
- 169 pounds.
- Brown hair.
- Several tattoos.

"Know that any tips received from the public will be actively investigated," added Savinkoff.
