George Froese

George Froese was born near Morden 1929 July 5th he was the youngest of 16 his parents were Jake and Kathy Froese he herded cattle with friends as a teenager and later helped on the farm with his brother in law Ed Gundrum then he worked for Bob Jagger after that worked as a lumber jack from 1950 to 1960 he got married to Rhoda Holmes and had two sons one died in a farm accident as a toddler they farmed there together till Rhoda passed away and many years previously Nettie Enns and her sons came to help on the farm father retired fifteen years ago and still had a great interest all things agricultural right to his passing on November 6, 2024.
