The trial date has been set for the five players on Team Canada's 2018 World Junior hockey include, including Cochrane's Dillon Dube. It will begin on Apr. 22 and expected to last eight weeks.
The trial of former NHLers Dillon Dube, Cal Foote, Carter Hart and Alex Formenton have each been charged with one count sexual assault, and Michael McLeod has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, including one relating to aiding someone else in the offence.
Dube is currently reported to be playing with the Dinamo Minsk of the KHL.
