Sun West board member election RESULTS

Sun West School Division held its board member elections on Nov. 13, 2024. Here are the results for the newly elected representatives for the division’s nine subdivisions for 2024-2028.

Subdivision 1 (Eatonia, Eston, Marengo):

• Friedrich 'Fritz' Eckstein - 432 votes
• James Unrau - 106 votes

Subdivision 2 (Coleville, D'arcy, Plenty):

• Michele Whitfield (Acclaimed)

Subdivision 3 (Biggar):

• Cathy Laventure - 226 votes
• Bethany Hoppe - 175 votes

Subdivision 4 (Dinsmore, Harris):

• Karen Blackwell-Jones (Acclaimed)

Subdivision 5 (Beechy, Elrose, Kyle, Lucky Lake):

• Terry Hall - 192 votes
• Scott Sander - 167 votes
