Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Lacombe and District will be kicking off its 14th annual Festival of Wreaths on Friday, Nov. 22 at 1 p.m.
Local businesses and individuals decorate festive wreaths which are then auctioned off in support of BBBS.
"It brings the magic to the season," said executive director Brianna Berthiaume. "Each wreath is uniquely designed by an individual or a business and it's filled with surprises."
Wreaths will be displayed at the LMC and the Abbey Centre in Blackfalds.
The auction closes on Dec. 16 at 1 p.m.
All proceeds from the event go directly to support mentoring programs.
