RCMP have cleared the scene at South Perimeter highway - Winnipeg

The RCMP thanks the media and the public for their assistance.

RCMP members have cleared the scene and traffic is moving as per usual on the Perimeter.

It is unknown right now the exact number of vehicles involved in the collision, but there were no serious injuries in the incident.

Earlier today.....

Traffic being re-routed on South Perimeter highway

 Motorists are being asked to avoid the Perimeter Highway at the Portage Avenue overpass, in the southbound direction.

Stonewall and Headingley RCMP, along with Traffic Service members are on the scene of a multi-vehicle collision.

Emergency Medical Services and the Fire Department is also attending.

There will be significant delays, please avoid the area if possible.
