New school year begins in Strathmore

Class is now in session.

Thursday (Aug. 28) marks the start of school for Sacred Heart Academy and Holy Cross Collegiate.

School zones near Sacred Heart and Holy Cross also come into effect as class begins.

Other schools in Strathmore, such as Strathmore High School, Westmount Elementary School, Wheatland Elementary School, George Freeman School, Crowther Memorial Junior High School, Brentwood Elementary School, and Trinity Christian Academy, will start up on Sept. 2.
