The event will also feature a post game concert from rising Canadian country music star Josh Stumpf.

The field goal attempt will take place during half-time of the September 19th game.
Qualifiers must be able to attend the Shaunavon Shadows game on September 19th and must be over 18 years of age.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
North American Football Kick
Underwritten by Certain Underwriters at Lloyds through PAL Insurance Brokers Canada Ltd. (PAL)
1. Participant(s) will be randomly selected from those who shall be in attendance at the Event. The participant selection must be made within 12 hours of the commencement of the Event.
2. The Participant(s) selected shall not transfer his or her attempt(s) to any other 3rd Party.
3. The participant(s) attempt(s) must be witnessed by an Official Observer.
4. For Prize values less than or equal to $30,000 CAD, one (1) independent non-playing witness (“Official Observer”) must be present to witness all attempts and must certify that the specified Event was successfully and a camera operation is required to film and record the attempt
5. The selected Participant(s) shall attempt to successfully kick a regulation football the distance from the goal specified in the Certificate Schedule and the football must pass directly through the uprights of the goal.
6. Participant(s) shall not be permitted any practice, second chance(s) or warm-up attempts.
7. To be counted as a successful attempt towards a reimbursable Prize the football must travel directly from the Participant at the specified distance and pass completely through the goal uprights on the fly without first bouncing or making contact with any other physical apparatus/materials.
8. The total number of attempts shall not exceed that stated in the Certificate Schedule.
9. No part of the Participant's body or clothing may come in contact with the demarcation line(s) prior to the attempt(s).
10. The following classes of people shall be ineligible to participate:
- Current or former professional or semi-professional football or soccer players;
- Current or former collegiate/university football or soccer players who have played at that level in the past 5 years;
- Current or former provincial or national football or soccer team players who have played at that level in the past 5 years;
11. In the event of a claim, the equipment used must be kept and be provided to Underwriters or their Appointed Claims Representatives, if requested, for claims verification purposes.
12. If filming and recording is required, each attempt must be filmed and recorded in its entirety without any breaks in play and said tape must be provided to Underwriters Appointed Claims Representatives for claims verification purposes. Each attempt must be taped at an angle which clearly shows a complete view of the attempt.
13. In the event of a claim, the successful Participant must sign, and complete a Final Claim Form (Appendix C).
14. Employees of the Assured and their families are excluded.
15. Participant(s) must be of the age of majority where applicable.
16. To qualify for a Prize the Participant will be required to perform the specified act in the manner prescribed in this Appendix A. and in accordance with Terms, Conditions and Exclusions in this Certificate. Failure or disregard of any of the above shall render the Event null and void and no prize award shall be made.
