Maskwacis RCMP seize weapons and drugs after traffic stop

On April 12, 2025, the Maskwacis RCMP attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Louis Bull First Nations. The involved vehicle sped off and fled from police.

The occupants of the vehicle were seen abandoning the vehicle and running into a residence in the area. Suspected methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia were observed by police through the window of the abandoned vehicle.
