RCMP issue Canada-Wide arrest warrant for semi-driver in Manitoba fatal crash
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for the semi-driver involved in last weekend's fatal crash south of Plum Coulee.
According to RCMP, officers have been unable to locate 25-year-old, Navjeet Singh.
On Wednesday, authorities charged the Brampton, Ontario man with two counts of Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death and Obstructing a Peace Officer related to the crash at the intersections of highways 201 and 306 that killed a 35-year-old mom and her 8-year-old daughter.

Morden police are investigating after receiving yet another report of fraud.
In this latest case, police say the victim noticed a large amount of money charged to their credit card. As well, someone was fraudulently attempting to filed a loan in the victim's name

Charges anticipated after fatal collision west of Altona claims second life
Manitoba RCMP is confirming details of Friday evening’s fatal collision west of Altona.
Emergency crews were called to the scene, at the intersection of Provincial Roads 201 and 306, around 7:05 p.m.
In a news release issued early Saturday afternoon, RCMP said the investigation determined a semi heading east on PR 201 failed to stop at the intersection with PR 306 and collided with a southbound SUV.
The 35-year-old woman driving the SUV, from the Municipality of Rhineland, was pronounced deceased on-scene.
Emergency crews respond to fatal crash west of Altona Friday evening
One person has died following a two-vehicle crash west of Altona Friday evening.
Emergency crews, including the Plum Coulee Fire Department, were called to the collision at the intersection of highways 201 and 306 shortly after 7 p.m.
According to early details from officials, the crash was between a semi and an SUV.
One person was also flown via STARS to Children’s Hospital in Winnipeg.
As of late Friday evening, a traffic analysis of the site was still being conducted.
10K grant benefitting food pantry in Carman
A $10,000 grant from FCC will help the Carman and Area Food Pantry increase the storage and shelf-life of the food it distributes.
