NEEDTOBREATHE has released a new song, and they're dedicating it to people who go the extra mile with no recognition. 

The song, 'Everknown' was released last week on June 22, and the coinciding music video this week. 

"We wanted to dedicate it to the humble heroes. To the people who work day in and day out to make the world around them better and expect nothing in return," said NEEDTOBREATHE in a social media post. "Often, we get too caught up in our own day-to-day lives and stresses to lift these people and show them how thankful we are."

In January, the firefighter was working an overnight shift at his fire hall in Ocala, Florida, when an alarm connected to the Safe Haven Baby Box in the station went off.

He thought it was a false alarm and was surprised when he opened it up and found a newborn baby wrapped in a pink blanket.

The Safe Haven Baby Box is a place where someone can surrender a child safely and anonymously.
