Update: 

The Metro Nashville Police Department has identified six victims of the school shooting at Covenant Church. 

Evelyn Dieckhaus, Hallie Scruggs, and William Kinney, all age nine, Cynthia Peak, age 61, Katherine Koonce, age 60, and Mike Hill, age 61.

Shortly after school started Monday morning a shooting took place at The Covenant School in Nashville leaving three children plus the shooter dead. 

Many Christian artists make their home in Nashville, Tennessee, and the news of children and adults dying after a shooter entered a school has many responding with prayers. 

"Today’s shooting is truly heartbreaking for our Nashville community and all of those impacted," says Lauren Daigle on Instagram. "I’m going to postpone my performance tonight, and in its place, host a community-wide Prayer Vigil."

Daigle encourages all the fans who were already going to come to her concert to continue coming to pray, mourn, and connect with other believers after this tragic event.

Grammy Award-winning group Elevation Worship released a new single Friday.

The new track, 'More Than Able' is led by Chandler Moore and Tiffany Hudson and written by Moore with help from Steven Furtick, Ben Fielding and Naomi Raine.

A Manitoba RCMP officer with one kidney has returned from an adventure that saw him cycle over 600 kilometres in less than a week. 

Ben Harder felt called to organize this event after discovering his friend's son was battling a rare form of kidney disease. This hit close to home for Ben. 

The bass player for Christian rock band Needtobreathe, Seth Bolt, is sharing an exciting announcement.

Bolt and his wife Tori are expecting their first baby. The couple made the announcement in an exclusive photo shoot with People Magazine on Facebook.
