Providence University College is inviting everyone to join them in a discussion on the hot topic of science and faith this Saturday.

Rev. Dr. Robert Dean serves as the Associate Professor of Theology and Ethics at Providence Theological Seminary. After applying for a "science for seminary" seed grant, they were one of 12 schools in North America that were awarded grants.

PRAISE: Emery St. Cyr back at home

Jordan St. Cyr's family is celebrating after a trying few days.

Last week Jordan's youngest daughter, Emery, was taken to hospital after suffering from a cluster of seizures. To make matters worse, Jordan was away from the family, touring with Jeremy Camp in Texas and Louisiana.

Emery spent the weekend in Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she was monitored. On Monday evening her mom Heather wrote that the three-year-old had gone over 24 hours without any following seizures.

"We are heading home!" Heather wrote in the update.

PRAY: Jordan St. Cyr's daughter back in hospital after seizures

Jordan St. Cyr and his family are asking for prayers after his young daughter suffered several seizures on Saturday.

Jordan's wife Heather took to Facebook on Saturday evening to update family, friends, and followers. She says that Emery, who is three years old, "had another bout of seizures today."

Emery suffers from a rare neurological disease called Sturge Weber Syndrome. The neurological condition causes a large port-wine stain on half of her face, but comes with neurological difficulties as well, including causing seizures.

An NFL linebacker and his wife are praising God for their baby daughter's story after being diagnosed with a rare cancer. 

Demario Davis is an American football linebacker for the New Orleans Saints in the NFL. He and his wife Tamela had their faith put to the test recently. 

Carly-Faith Davis was born in 2020 and shortly after her birth the Davis' noticed something interesting about her one eye. After a doctor's appointment, the newborn was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in the back of the eye called retinoblastoma.
