With the Paris 2024 Olympic Games completed many athletes from across the globe took to social media to share their talents go far beyond their athletic ability. 

German shot putter, Yemisi Ogunleye sat in a stairwell with fellow German, Malaika Mihambo who competed in the long jump, and sang Brandon Lake's 'Gratitude' along with national coach, Ulrich Knapp.

Christmas is still four months away, but singer, songwriter and storyteller Caroline Cobb is getting set to release her first book, a special advent devotional.

Four years ago, Cobb released an album, A Seed, A Sunrise, exploring the ache of Advent, the joy of Christmas, and the yearning for Christ's return.

Christian music will be on full display south of the border this weekend. 

Off the Charts Music Festival is back for year 13 at City Park in Cavalier, North Dakota. This year features Sidewalk Prophets, Stephen Stanley, KB, Sean Rodriguez, and Tru Serva. 

Kyle Gagner from the festival says, "Going back to when we first started, our heart was to share the incredible love of Jesus through music, but we didn't want there to be any reason why you couldn't come here. So our hope and our heart right from the get-go is to be able to provide this for free."

After the overwhelming success of the inaugural Altona Gospel Music Festival in 2023, they have decided to host another one this Summer and it's coming up Saturday, August 17 in the Altona Park!

Peter Letkeman, one of the organizers of the event chatted with CFAM Morning Show co-host Zack Driedger and sent out the invite to everyone to come enjoy eight performances on the park stage, including himself!

An unexpected worship performance at Rolling Hills Community Church in Franklin, Tennessee left the congregation in awe Sunday. 

Country music superstar, eight-time Grammy Award winner and multi-platinum singer, Carrie Underwood joined the worship band and sang alongside the team, including a solo during 'Goodness of God.'

Yemisi Ogunleye may have won a gold medal at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, but she put Jesus front and centre on the podium.

The Nigerian-born, German shotputter won gold on Friday, August 9, 2024. It was Germany's first gold in the event in 28 years.

Ogunleye has been very open about her Christian faith in the past, sharing about how faith has helped her through setbacks like a serious knee injury. And, in the moments after her win, she put her faith on full display again.

After winning her third Olympic gold medal, Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone used her platform to glorify God. 

When asked who she credits for her success, the American track star put God front and centre. 

"I credit all that I do to God," said McLaughlin-Levrone during a press conference after her win. "He's given me a gift. He's given me a drive. I just want to continue to improve upon myself. I have a platform, and I want to use it to glorify him."

On a hunt to find new wholesome reading material for his children, a Saskatchewan resident decided to take things into his own hands. 

Jason Weening, podcaster, speaker and father of 10 kids between four months and 18 years old, decided to add author to his list of titles. 

"If you walk through any of the big bookstores and you go through the kid's or youth section, you find a lot of witches, vampires and horror teddy bears," said Weening. "I think we can do better than that for our kids. So, I thought maybe I could write something."

Sunday marked the final day of Winkler's Harvest Festival, filled with community events and inspiring performances from some big names in the Christian music world.

The day began with a community church service in the morning. Community members from various churches and denominations gathered and worshiped together.

The evening entertainment began at 6 p.m. with Caleb & John, whose lively beats and heartfelt lyrics set a positive tone.
