A Celebration of Life will be held in May.

Byron Hansen, age 76, of Swift Current passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the Cypress Regional Hospital, Swift Current, SK

There will be a service for Byron Hansen at a later date, service details will be announced pending approval from the family.

Flowers are respectfully declined. In memory of Byron Hansen, donations made to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.

Marion Miller, age 100, of Swift Current passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the Meadows – House 18, Swift Current, SK.

A Private Service for Marion Miller will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers and in memory of Marion Miller, donations made to the Meadows Auxiliary or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. Donation information is available on the funeral home website.

Mr. Laurie Penner, age 70, Beechy passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024 with family by his side at the Cypress Regional Hospital, Swift Current, SK.

A Private Celebration of Life for Laurie Penner will take place at a later date. 

Flowers are respectfully declined.

The Funeral Service for Murray Senicar will take place on Saturday January 13, 2024 at 2:00 pm from St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Swift Current with Pastor Greg officiating.

The service is being livestreamed and the link is available on the funeral home website. The service is also being recorded and will be posted on the funeral home website as soon as possible.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so Saturday January 13, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. from St. Olaf Lutheran Church.

The Graveside Service for Ramona Pollard of Swift Current and formerly of Pambrun will take place on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 1:00 pm from the Pambrun Cemetery, Pambrun, SK. There will be luncheon in the Millar College of the Bible dining hall in Pambrun immediately following the Graveside Service from 2:00 - 3:30 pm. Flowers are respectfully declined. In lieu of flowers and in memory of Ramona Pollard, donations made to Millar College of the Bible and the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements are in care of Swift Current Funeral Home.

On Wednesday, December 6, 2023, surrounded by the love of her husband, Lloyd Meyer, and her daughter, Rhonda Reardon (nee Zacharias), Erla Meyer (nee Kruppke) peacefully passed away peacefully after a very brief, quiet, and courageous battle with cancer.

A Celebration of Life for Erla will be held on February 22, 2024 from 5:00 – 9:00 pm at St. Olaf’s Lutheran Church in Swift Current.

Donations can be made in Erla’s memory to the Canadian Mental Health Foundation, Swift Current Chapter, the Swift Current SPCA, or the Canadian Wildlife Federation.

Lois Leitch-Williamson (nee Miller), age 97, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Clover House, Swift Current, SK.

A service will be held at a later date and service details will be announced. 

In memory of Lois Leitch-Williamson, donations made to the WA WA Shrine Patient Transportation Fund (2065 Hamilton Street, Regina, SK, S4P 2E1) or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.

A come and go gathering for Ronald Woelk will take place on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm at St. Stephen's Anglican Church in Swift Current.

The Interment Service for Ronald will take place at a later date at Beechy Cemetery, Beechy, SK.

In memory of Ronald, donations made to The Meadows Auxiliary would be appreciated by the family.

The family of Shaundel Pope, age 40, of Swift Current are saddened to announce her unexpected passing on Sunday, November 26, 2023 in Langley, BC

At this time, no formal services will be held. There will be services at a later date and details will be announced pending approval from the family.
