The Celebration of Life for Dianne Hilmoe, age 72, of Swift Current will take place on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 1:00 pm from the Swift Current Funeral Home Chapel.

A private family interment service will take place from the Abbey Cemetery, Abbey, SK.

The family appreciates the gesture, but flowers are respectfully declined. In lieu of flowers and in memory of Dianne Hilmoe, donations made to the Swift Current SPCA would be appreciated by the family.

The Funeral Service for Duane Olson of Swift Current and formerly of Stewart Valley will take place on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 3:00 pm from Trailview Alliance Church in Swift Current with Pastor Mike Smart and Pastor Gene Mau officiating.

The service will be live streamed and the link is available on the funeral home website. The service is also being recorded and will be posted on the funeral home website as soon as possible.

The Private Family Interment Service for Mr. Duane Olson will take place at a later date.

The Funeral Service for Mary Penner of Swift Current and formerly of Herbert will take place on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 2:00 pm from Grace Community Church in Herbert, SK with Pastor Donovan Epp and Pastor Brent Hackney officiating. The service is being recorded and will be posted on the funeral home website as soon as possible.

There will be a luncheon immediately following the service.

The Private Family Interment Service for Mrs. Mary Penner will take place from the Herbert Cemetery, Herbert, SK.

The family of Mr. Horst Hennig, age 81, of Swift Current are saddened to announce his passing on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at the Cypress Regional Hospital, Swift Current, SK.

The Funeral Service for Horst Hennig will take place Monday, August 15, 2022 at 2:00 pm from St. Olaf Lutheran Church with Rev. Greg Kiel officiating.

The service is being livestreamed and the link is available on the funeral home website.

In memory of Horst Hennig, donations made to the Dr. Noble Irwin Foundation or the St. Olaf Memorial Fund would be appreciated by the family.

The Celebration of Life for Sammy Khalife will take place on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 2:00 pm from East Side Church of God in Swift Current with Pastor Joell Haugan officiating.

The service will be live streamed and the link made available the day of the service. The service is also being recorded and will be posted on the funeral home website as soon as possible.

Per Sammy’s request, there will be no viewing prior to the service and the casket will be open during the service.

The family of Orabeth Johnston, age 59, of Red Deer, AB and formerly of Swift Current, SK are saddened to announce her passing on Friday, May 13, 2022 at the Red Deer Hospice after a courageous battle with cancer.

The Graveside Service for Orabeth Johnston will take place on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 2:00 pm from Hillcrest Cemetery in Swift Current. Those who require seating are encouraged to bring their own lawn chair.

The Celebration of Life for Vic Rempel will take place on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 2:00 pm from Church of the Open Bible in Swift Current with Pastor Jay Hinds officiating.

The service will not be live streamed but it is being recorded and will be posted as soon as possible.

There will be a luncheon in the church gym immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers and in memory of Vic Rempel for those wishing, donations made to Samaritan’s Purse or West Bank Bible Camp would be appreciated by the family.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Barbara Hart of Swift Current will take place on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 2:00 pm from the Salvation Army Church in Maple Creek with Major Ed Dean officiating.
