Mr. Frank Baumann

After a long and courageous effort, Frank lost his battle with cancer on August 25, 2022 eight days shy of his 82nd birthday.  We are sad to see him go, yet so relieved he is now resting in peace.  We would like to extend our gratitude to the extensive team of carers from the Meadows and doctors that supported Frank with his 'end of life' journey.  Frank was born in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, the 5th of 6 children.  He attended the Marx School, a small country school just up the hill from the family farm in between the communities of McMahon and Braddock.  Born into farming, Frank and his

Mr. Philip Bob Baskerville

The funeral service of Mr. Philip Bob Baskerville formerly of Hazlet, SK will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. for the Hazlet Community Hall with Pastor John Schaufele officiating. The interment service will take place form Hazlet Mission Cemetery, Hazlet, SK. Donation’s in Bob’s memory may be made to the Hazlet Community Hall or to the Hazlet Library.

Mr. Garry Carrobourg

Garry Dale was born in Bassano, AB, and passed away 3 weeks short of his 79th birthday after a year-long battle with cancer. As a child he moved to Coderre, SK where he grew up on a farm 5 miles west of town. He moved to Moose Jaw, married Josie Fink in 1965, and became partners and then owner of Brydges Office Equipment until the late 80's. He then moved to Swift Current and worked for Office Outfitters, and then worked for the City of Swift Current taking care of rinks in the winter and mowing with his favourite tractor in summer. He just retired at the age of 78.
