Genevieve Toni

December 7, 1928 — February 14, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Genevieve Toni (Hanoski) in her sleep on February 14th, 2025 at Keedwell Assisted Living in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. Genevieve was born on December 7, 1928 in Regina Saskatchewan. Mom was adopted by Rose and Jacob Hanoski in August 1929 and raised on the family farm 3 miles north of Spring Valley Saskatchewan. Mom went to Artesian School in Spring Valley riding her bike in the warm weather and her horse in winter.

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Joan Murdock at Luther Care Home on January 18, 2024, at the age of 88 years. Joan was born in Tilley, AB. Predeceased by her husband, Rae; her parents, Van and Verna. Survived by her son, Cameron (Devon) and his children Madisyn and Chase; her daughter, Jillian (Brian) Schneider and their children Samantha and Reed Schneider; and great-grandchildren, Mason and Violet.

Arlene June Walker (nee Lister)

WALKER, Arlene

June 9, 1948 – December 1, 2023

Arlene June Walker (nee Lister), a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2023 in the Palliative Care Unit of St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon, SK. with family by her side after a long battle with cancer.

Arlene was born in Moose Jaw, SK. on June 9, 1948. She attended elementary and high school in Moose Jaw and then completed her X-Ray technician there. She went on to work in Wawa Ontario, Regina and Swift Current.

Dolores May Krusky

Dolores May Krusky, age 64, passed away at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon on April 12th, 2023 with all of her children and grandchildren at her side after a long battle with Respiratory illness.

Dolores was born on March 18, 1959 in Coronach, Saskatchewan to Marge and Nick Krusky. She spent most of her childhood growing up on her family farm in East Poplar with her two sisters. Dolores continued to settler roots in Coronach, Sk, and later moved to Mossbank, Sk to be closer to family.

Maurice Proctor

April 21, 1935 – May 11, 2022

Maurice Proctor passed peacefully on the evening of May 11th with family at his side and the sun setting over the South Saskatchewan River outside his window.

Born in 1935, Maurice began life on a farm 2 ½ miles south of Primate, Saskatchewan - the youngest child of Mary and Percy Proctor. He lived on the family farm with older brothers Earl, Clarence, Alvin, Ross, Lloyd, and older sister Frances. Following the sudden passing of his father, the family moved from Primate to Grasswood, SK in 1947.
