She says her recent heart surgery requires her to buy lots of heart medications.

When Corny Rempel went into Smitty's to find someone to bless, he couldn't help but hear this young boy yelling "Thank You" to the waitress from across the room. As a reward for being polite, he got $50 to Smitty's from the Steinbach Auto Dealers! He also got to bless someone else in the restaurant.
