Spring snow storm expected

It may be the first day of Spring according to the calendar, but snow is in the forecast for several areas across the prairies.

Environment Canada has issued a weather warning for much of Alberta with 10 to 30 cm of snow expected by Friday morning with higher amounts of snow possible over the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains.

Drew Lerner with World Weather Inc says snow is also moving into Saskatchewan today.

Spraying in adverse conditions

Finding the best time to spray to get the most coverage and action can be a challenge for farmers.

One of the biggest challenges for farmers when spraying is the wind.

Dr Tom Wolf, a research scientist and co-owner of Agrimetrix says we're fighting wind all the time and there's really not much we can do.

He says they went back into their data for spray drift to look at what happens to the droplets when the wind takes them away.

Tim Tebow's wife releases first book, hopes her experiences help others become more confident in God

Tim Tebow's wife, Demi-Leigh, is officially an author.

On Monday, Tebow announced that she will release her first book, A Crown that Lasts: You Are Not Your Label, later this year.

"When I sat down to begin writing it a few years ago, I realized I had so much internal work I still needed to do in order to write the message I felt God was calling me to write," said Tebow in a post on social media. "I realized that writing this book was just as much for myself as it was for you all, and it’s something I’m still learning too!"

Exodus 2:15–25

Years passed, and the king of Egypt died. But the Israelites continued to groan under their burden of slavery. They cried out for help, and their cry rose up to God. God heard their groaning, and he remembered his covenant promise to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He looked down on the people of Israel and knew it was time to act. (Exodus 2:23–25)

The Chosen watch parties causing ripple effect in prisons

Multiple ministries are coming together to offer watch parties of The Chosen in prisons across America.

Heather Rice-Minus, president and CEO of Prison Fellowship along with the Come and See Foundation are giving inmates access to a show about the life of Jesus Christ, The Chosen

"The Come and See Foundation really wanted to expand their audience to reach everyone with the authentic Jesus from the palace to prison, if you will," says Rice-Minus. "And, so, we said, 'Well, we would love to help with that.'"
