Former football legend Tim Tebow's latest project is helping Down syndrome families in Guatemala.

Since 2010 the Tim Tebow Foundation has been blessing vulnerable people in multiple ways, always focused on one target audience. Unlike the football term, Tebow's definition of MVP is Most Vulnerable Person, to stand up for the ones who often don't have a voice.

The Beaverlodge Art and Culture Centre will be displaying pieces of art created by students at Northwestern Polytechnic.

The Northwestern Polytechnic Art Student Exhibit will be on display in the Main Gallery until February 22.

In a recent Facebook post they said, "There is so much buzz from guests, volunteers and other artists at how phenomenal these pieces of work are! Paintings, sketches, sculptures, linocut prints... it is a MUST see"!

Manitoba Agriculture's latest cattle marketing report for the week ending  February 2nd shows 

The latest report from Manitoba Auction Marts shows the average weekly price for feeder steers ranged from $278.75 per cwt for the 901+ lb category to $438.91 per cwt for the 401-500 lb category. 

Feeder heifer prices ranged from $241.33 per cwt for the 900+ lb category to $377.97 per cwt for the 401- 500 lb category.

D1-D2 slaughter cows selling for an average price of $122.28 per cwt,  while D3 cows were selling at $105.80 per cwt.

The singing cucumber that filled many people's homes is coming to the big screen when LarryBoy from VeggieTales, is getting his own faith-based feature film in 2026.

Alberta is concerned about a potential drought.

On December 28, 2023 at 6:20pm, the Fort St. John RCMP received a report of a residential break and enter that took place overnight on the 9500 block of 112th Ave, Fort St John, BC.

Surveillance footage showed four unidentified suspects break through the back door and proceed into the residence. The suspects stole a small home safe.
